Shorts and clips, your posting week, already done.
Every episode has four or five moments strangers will watch. We find them, cut them vertical, caption them and hand them back with the episode.
Clips are how strangers find the show
Your full episode reaches people who already subscribe. Clips reach everyone else. Shorts, Reels and TikTok push conversation clips to people who have never heard your name, and a single strong clip can outperform a month of audio-only promotion.
The catch is that clipping is real editing work. A good clip needs a hook in the first two seconds, a clean reframe to vertical where the speaker actually is, captions that are readable on a phone, and an ending that does not just fall off a cliff.
Because we already cut your episode, we know where the moments are. The clips get pulled while the project is still open, which is why they cost $25 each here instead of the price of a separate edit elsewhere.

Strong claims, laughs, numbers and stories get flagged during the main edit.

Straight answers
Who picks which moments become clips?
We shortlist them during the main edit and send you the list. You can swap any pick for a moment you prefer. After a few episodes we learn your taste and the list needs fewer changes.
Can you do clips for episodes you did not edit?
Yes, though clips from episodes we edit cost less because the project is already open and synced. For outside footage we quote per batch on the call.
Do captions match my brand?
Yes. Font, colours and caption position are set once, from your brand or from a reference you like, and every clip after that ships in the same style.
Do clips actually grow the main show?
Clips grow discovery, and discovery grows the show if the episode delivers. One client puts it simply: the clips bring the strangers, the episode turns them into listeners. Treat clips as the top of the funnel, not the product.
