You record and approve.Everything between is ours.
Four steps, and three of them are on our side of the table. Here is the whole process, hour by hour, with nothing hidden.
The 48 hours, explained honestly
Most editing services say fast and mean eventually. So here is exactly what happens after you upload, because a deadline you can plan a publishing schedule around is worth more than a vague promise.
Hour zero, your raw files land in the shared folder. Within the first few hours we sync every camera and mic and run the full listen-through, marking cuts, tangents and clip moments. The radio edit happens first, story before pictures. Then angles or punch-ins, colour, audio mix, graphics and sponsor reads.
By hour 48 the first cut is in your inbox. You send one pass of notes, we turn revisions around the next working day, and the episode ships. Record on Thursday, publish on Monday, every single week.
What happens on our side
The invisible checklist every episode goes through before you see it.
Ingest and backup
Files verified and backed up before anyone touches an edit, so nothing is ever lost.
Sync and organise
Cameras and mics locked to the waveform, tracks labelled, project structured.
Full listen-through
A human hears every minute and marks the map of the episode before cutting.
The edit itself
Story first, then angles, then colour and mix, then the branding layer.
Quality pass
A second set of eyes watches the cut before it goes to you. Typos in a lower third die here.
Delivery and archive
Exports for every platform, audio master for your host, project archived for revisions.
The four steps on your side
Your total time cost is the recording plus about ten minutes.
Record
Have the conversation. If your setup needs work I will tell you what to change before you buy anything.
Upload
Drop the raw files in the shared folder. No compression, no file size limits, straight from the card.
We edit
Sync, cut, colour, mix, graphics, sponsors. The first cut is back inside 48 hours.
Review and publish
One pass of notes, revisions back the next day, then the episode is yours to post.

Straight answers
What exactly counts inside the 48 hours?
From the moment your upload finishes to the first full cut in your inbox. Weekends count for uploads received by Friday morning. A four-camera 90-minute episode with heavy graphics can take a day longer, and I will tell you that up front.
How do revisions work?
Send notes in one pass, timestamped if you can. We turn the revision around the next working day. Starter includes one round, Studio is unlimited, and no one has ever needed more than three.
What do you need from me to start?
The raw camera files and audio, your branding assets if you have them, and two or three past episodes so we can match your style. That is the whole onboarding.
What if I publish more than once a week?
Fine by us. Each episode gets its own 48-hour clock, and the monthly plan is built for exactly this rhythm at 25 percent off the per-episode price.
