We back creators through a combination of:

1A real conversation. You tell us what you have built, who watches, and what they keep asking you for. We tell you quickly if we are the wrong fit. No deck required.
2A short working sprint. Before any money moves, we work on something real together: the offer, the positioning, or the first launch plan. It is the fastest way for both sides to find out what working together actually feels like.
3Terms. If it fits, we make an offer and keep the paperwork small. We take a small position, we stay hands on, and we are clear up front about what we will and will not do.

Creators get paid for attention, and attention is a rental. A sponsor pays once, the video ages out, and the money stops until you post again. A product does the opposite. It keeps selling while you sleep, it gets better every time you ship, and it turns a following into something you actually own. The gap is almost never talent. Creators understand their audience better than most product teams ever will. What they usually do not have is the operating side: what to build first, what to charge, how to launch without burning the goodwill, and how to keep customers once the launch week noise dies down. AllShift exists to close that gap. We back creators who are ready to turn an audience into a product business, and we stay close while they scale it online.
