PODCAST PRODUCTION One recording, a month of content

One recording becomes a month of content

We do not rent you a room and wave goodbye. We produce and distribute your show end to end, so you press record once and we turn that into a video episode, an audio episode, clips, and a thumbnail set that runs for weeks.

What you get

What you get with every episode

Here is everything we handle so you can focus on the conversation and nothing else.

Recording directionWe set up your shot, your levels, and your talking points before you start, so the raw footage is already good.
Multicam editWe cut between angles, tighten the pacing, remove the dead air, and make a single camera feel like a real studio.
Audio masteringWe clean, level, de-noise, and master your audio so it sounds clear on phone speakers and good headphones alike.
Show notesEvery episode ships with written show notes, key takeaways, and links so people can scan before they listen.
Chapter markersWe add timestamped chapters so listeners can jump to the part they care about on YouTube and in podcast apps.
6 to 10 short-form clipsWe pull the best moments from each episode and cut them into vertical clips for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
Custom thumbnailsWe design a thumbnail for the main episode plus covers for the clips, all built to earn the click.
Episode titles and hooksWe write titles and opening hooks that tell people why this episode is worth their time.
Multi-platform publishingWe schedule and publish across YouTube, Spotify, Apple, and your social channels so you do not touch the upload screen.
YouTube and RSS setupWe wire up your YouTube channel and your podcast RSS feed once, so distribution just works from then on.
Captions and subtitlesEvery video and every clip ships with burned-in captions, because most people watch on mute.
Performance reportingOnce a month we send you the numbers that matter and tell you what to do more of.
Formats we produce

Pick the shape that fits your show

Video Podcast

The flagship format. We film it, cut it multicam, and turn it into a full video episode plus a wall of clips. This is the one that feeds every platform at once.

Audio-First Show

No camera, all conversation. We master the audio, write the show notes and chapters, and still pull audiogram clips so the show shows up where people scroll.

Clips-First Show

Built for distribution. The long episode exists, but the real product is 10 plus short clips an episode engineered to travel and bring people back to the main feed.

Interview Series

Guest-led conversations where we handle the multicam edit, the guest intro graphics, and the clip set so each guest gets shareable moments to repost.

Solo / Monologue

Just you and a point of view. We tighten the edit, add chapters and supers, and break the episode into clips that each carry one idea.

How it works

From one recording to everywhere

01

Record

You record, in person or remote, and we direct the session so the footage and audio come out clean. You bring the conversation, we handle the rest.

02

Edit

We cut the multicam, master the audio, and shape the episode so it moves. This is where a raw recording becomes a real show.

03

Clip

We mine the episode for its best moments and turn them into 6 to 10 vertical clips with captions, hooks, and covers.

04

Distribute

We publish the episode and the clips across YouTube, the podcast feeds, and your socials on a schedule, then report back on what worked.

I show up, talk for an hour, and then for the next month my feed is full. I genuinely do not touch the editing or the uploads anymore, and the clips are doing more for us than the full episodes ever did.
Priya Nair · Founder, B2B SaaS
We tried hiring a freelance editor first and it fell apart because nobody owned distribution. Samy and the team own the whole thing, from the cut to the post, and that is the difference. The show finally feels like a machine.

FAQ

Podcast questions, answered straight

Everything founders ask before we start a show. Still curious? Talk to us.

Do I have to be on camera?
No. If you want a video podcast, we will guide you through filming it, but plenty of our shows are audio only. The audio-first path still gets show notes, chapters, and audiogram clips, so you show up where people scroll without ever being on camera.
What gear and quality do I need to record?
Less than you think. A decent mic and a steady camera or phone will get you most of the way, and we will tell you exactly what to use before your first session. We would rather you start now with good-enough gear than wait six months for a perfect setup, and we clean up a lot in the edit anyway.
How does the editing actually work?
You send us the raw recording, or we record it with you, and then we take over. We cut the multicam, master the audio, tighten the pacing, and add chapters and captions, so a long messy file becomes a clean episode. You get a review pass before anything goes live.
How many clips do I get per episode?
Between 6 and 10 on most plans, and 10 plus on the Full Engine plan. We do not just chop the episode into random pieces. We hunt for the moments that actually carry an idea or a strong line, then cut each one to stand on its own with a hook and captions.
What is the turnaround time?
The main episode is typically ready within 5 to 7 business days of us getting the recording, and the clips follow right after. Once we are in a rhythm with your show, that gets faster and more predictable. If you batch several episodes at once, we plan the calendar so everything ships on time.
Where does my podcast get distributed?
Everywhere it should be. Video goes to YouTube, audio goes to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and your RSS feed, and the clips go to Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. You record once and we make sure that one recording shows up across every platform your audience actually uses.
Do you handle YouTube?
Yes, fully. We set up or clean up your channel, upload the episodes, write the titles and descriptions, design the thumbnails, and add chapters. We treat YouTube as a real channel for the show, not an afterthought, because it is often where the long episodes get found.
Should I do audio only or video?
If you can do video, do video, because one video recording feeds far more content than audio alone. That said, audio-first is a real and good choice if being on camera is a blocker, and we will still pull clips and write everything around it. We will help you pick on a call based on your goals and your comfort.
Do you write the show notes and add chapters?
Yes, both come standard. Every episode ships with written show notes, key takeaways, and links, plus timestamped chapters so people can jump to the part they care about. You do not have to write a word of it.
Who owns the files and the channels?
You do, always. Your channels, your feeds, your raw footage, and your final files all belong to you. We are the team that produces and runs the show, but if we ever part ways, you walk away owning everything.
How do you keep my voice and not make it generic?
We start by learning how you actually talk and what your show is about before we touch anything. The titles, hooks, and clips are written to sound like you, not like a template, and you review the work so nothing goes out that feels off. The point is to amplify your voice, not replace it.
How do we get started?
Book a call and we will talk through your show, your goals, and which format fits. From there we set up your channels and feeds, plan a content calendar, and schedule your first recording. Most shows are live within a couple of weeks of that first call.
How does pricing work?
We run three plans, Audio, Video, and Full Engine, and the right one depends on your format and how much volume you want. We do not list hard prices here because the scope changes a lot between a solo audio show and a full video engine. Book a call and we will give you a clear number for exactly what you need.
Can I batch several episodes at once?
Yes, and a lot of our clients prefer it. You record a few episodes in one sitting, we take the whole batch, and then we drip them out on a schedule so your feed stays consistent for weeks. It is the most efficient way to run a show when your calendar is tight.
What makes you different from a freelance editor?
A freelance editor cuts your video and hands it back, and then distribution is still your problem. We own the whole chain, from the recording direction to the edit to the clips to the publishing and the reporting. You are not managing a vendor task by task, you are handing off the entire show and getting a month of content back.
What results should I expect?
We are honest about this. A podcast is a compounding play, not an overnight hit, so the first wins are usually consistency and clips that start to travel, and the deeper results build over a few months. What we can promise is that you will publish reliably and that one recording will produce far more content than you could alone, which is the part most shows never get right.
