CONTENT & DISTRIBUTION Copenhagen

Copenhagen designs the future. Let people see it.

From green tech to design houses to life science, Copenhagen makes things the rest of the world will eventually adopt. I help you tell that story before they catch up.

The opportunity

Copenhagen sits at the intersection of design, sustainability, and life science, and very few cities can claim all three at this level. Green tech and clean energy founders here are building what climate policy everywhere is about to demand. Life science and pharma, anchored by giants like Novo Nordisk, pull a deep bench of biotech and health talent. And the design DNA, the same instinct behind Danish furniture, architecture, and the new Nordic food movement, runs through nearly every product that ships from this city. The catch is reach. The Danish market is small, the cultural default is understatement bordering on shyness about self-promotion, and the buyers, partners, and investors who matter are mostly outside Denmark. Distribution is what turns a beautifully built, genuinely important product into one the world actually finds. I build that distribution engine so Copenhagen's craft stops being a local secret.

Where you are now

I get exactly where you're stuck

Copenhagen has a particular gift, making serious things, sustainability, clean energy, pharma, design, feel calm and human. The work is genuinely ahead. But Danish modesty plus a small home market means the story rarely travels. I run a remote content engine that takes your craft and your conviction and puts it in front of the international audiences who should already know your name.

The home market is too small to matter alone

Denmark is wonderful and tiny. If your green tech or B2B product only reaches Danish audiences, you have capped yourself far below your real ceiling. Your buyers and capital are in Berlin, London, and the US, and they will not find you by accident.

Modesty reads as invisibility abroad

The Danish instinct to not make a fuss is charming locally and costly internationally. In markets that reward a confident point of view, quiet excellence just looks like silence. People assume the loud competitor is the leader, even when your work is better.

Mission-driven, but the message stays internal

Sustainability and life-science founders here care deeply about impact, and that conviction never leaves the pitch deck. The story that would move partners and talent stays trapped in board meetings instead of being told in public where it compounds.

How it works

The engine, step by step

  1. 01

    Find the conviction

We dig into why your work matters beyond the spec sheet, the climate thesis, the design philosophy, the health outcome. That conviction becomes the through-line for everything we publish.

  2. 02

    Capture with care

One batched remote session, talking-head and screen or product, shot to look as considered as the thing you build. Enough material for weeks, with minimal demand on your week.

  3. 03

    Edit, narrate, place

We cut the session into story-led short-form and LinkedIn pieces, English-first, captioned, and formatted per platform, then schedule them so the message stays steady across funding rounds and product launches.

  4. 04

    Measure and refine

We track which stories resonate with international partners, customers, and talent, then sharpen the next cycle around what is working. The engine improves every round.

Make the craft visible, not louder

Copenhagen taste is the asset, so we never trade it for hype. We turn your design thinking, your sustainability logic, your science, into clean, beautifully framed content that feels native to how this city communicates while still carrying a clear point of view.

Story-led short-form for a mixed audience

Your audience spans partners, policymakers, customers, and future hires. We build narrative short-form that works for all of them, the why behind the work, the design choices, the impact, sequenced across LinkedIn and YouTube so the mission travels past Denmark.

Founder voice, English-first, no jargon wall

Whether you are in pharma or clean energy, the temptation is to hide behind technical language. I write in plain, confident, English-first founder voice so a non-specialist partner or investor gets it instantly, while the expertise still shows through.

How I think about it

There is a specific kind of Copenhagen founder I love working with, the one building something the world genuinely needs, in clean energy or health or design, who is almost embarrassed to talk about it. They will spend a year perfecting a product and ten minutes a year promoting it, and then quietly wonder why a louder, thinner competitor abroad is getting the headlines and the capital. The Danish discomfort with self-promotion is real, and I respect it, so my job is never to make you loud. It is to make the work itself speak in public, with the same care you put into the product. We take your design instinct and your conviction and turn them into content that feels considered and human, the opposite of marketing noise. The mission stops living in your deck and starts reaching the partners, customers, and talent across Europe and beyond who were always supposed to be part of it. Beautiful work deserves an audience, and Copenhagen's is too good to keep at home.

What it adds up to

The kind of result I'm after

For a Copenhagen green-tech, design, or life-science founder, results tend to look like this within the first quarter, partners and customers from outside Denmark reaching out because a story finally reached them, your mission getting quoted and shared beyond your own network, and recruiting conversations where strong candidates already understand and admire what you are building. The content carries the conviction you usually only show in the boardroom, so the right people show up warm instead of cold. Quiet excellence, finally seen.

For Copenhagen founders I run a full remote content engine. We find the conviction behind your green tech, design, or life-science work, script it English-first in plain founder voice, capture one considered remote session per cycle, then edit it into story-led short-form for YouTube and Instagram plus LinkedIn pieces for partners and buyers. I manage captions, formatting, and scheduling so the message holds steady through funding and launches. Everything is built to reach the international audiences your small home market cannot, without ever sacrificing the calm, crafted feel Copenhagen is known for. You build, I make sure it is seen.

FAQ

Questions I get a lot

Still curious? Talk to us.

Are you based in Copenhagen?
No, I work remotely with founders here, which keeps things lean and async around your schedule. You get senior content strategy and production without a local agency's overhead.
Self-promotion feels un-Danish. Won't this come across as bragging?
Only if it's done badly. The whole approach is to let the work speak, calmly and clearly, instead of you shouting. We keep your modesty intact and just make the craft and the mission visible in public.
Should we publish in Danish or English?
English-first for almost everyone here, because your real audience, partners, capital, and talent, is international and Denmark is a small home base. I write so it reads native, not translated.
Our product is technical, pharma or clean energy. Can non-experts follow it?
That's exactly the problem I solve. I translate the science or the engineering into plain, confident language so a generalist partner or investor gets the value fast, while your depth still comes through for the experts.
How much founder time does this need?
One batched remote recording per cycle plus light async review. I designed the workflow around busy, hands-on founders, so we capture once and I turn it into weeks of content.
How quickly will we see traction?
First assets usually ship within two weeks. The bigger payoff, international inbound and recognition, tends to build across the first quarter as the story compounds.
