FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS Management Consultants

Turn Your Frameworks Into Pipeline That Compounds

You solve hard problems for a living and almost nobody sees it, so what I build is the content engine that puts your thinking in front of the buyers who actually need it, right.

The opportunity

So here is the honest version, and trust me on any level, most management consultants I talk to are genuinely brilliant at the work, the diagnosis, the framework, the boardroom turnaround, and they are basically invisible online, right, and the catch here is that the buyers deciding who to hire are scrolling LinkedIn and watching short-form and listening to podcasts long before they ever send an RFP, so video marketing for management consultants is not a vanity play, it is the distribution layer that turns your expertise into demand. What I run at Pixel Samy Studio is a done-for-you content engine built around how consultants actually win work, and so we take the thinking you already do, the diagnostics, the change management, the cost-out playbooks, and we turn it into short-form clips, long-form video, and a podcast that compounds, right.

The goal at the end of the day is simple, you stay billable while a system makes you the name that comes up when a CFO or a board needs help, and that is content marketing for consultants done properly, does that make sense, right.

Where you are now

I get exactly where you're stuck

Here is what I see again and again with consultants, the work is world-class and the visibility is near zero, and that gap is exactly what quietly hands the engagement to a louder, lesser firm.

Invisible Between Referrals

Your pipeline lives entirely on word of mouth, right, so when referrals slow down there is nothing in the market reminding buyers you exist, and that silence is the thing costing you the next six-figure engagement.

Thinking Trapped In Decks

All your sharpest frameworks sit locked inside client decks and PDFs nobody outside the room ever sees, so the expertise that should be building your reputation is basically buried, working for one client instead of your whole market.

No Time To Post

You are billing full days and the last thing you want at 9pm is to script a video, right, so posting stays sporadic, the algorithm forgets you, and the momentum you need to stay top of mind never actually builds.

Sounding Like Everyone

Generic consulting content all blurs together, the same buzzwords and stock advice, so even when you do post it never lands as the specific, hard-won point of view that makes a serious buyer stop and book a call.

How it works

The engine, step by step

  1. 01

    Strategy And Positioning

We map your ideal engagements, the buyers behind them, and the specific point of view that sets you apart, so every piece of content has a job and pulls toward the work you actually want.

  2. 02

    Capture Your Thinking

One efficient recording session, guided so you sound like yourself at your sharpest, gives us the raw material for weeks of short-form, long-form and podcast content without eating your billable calendar.

  3. 03

    Edit And Package

Our team cuts, captions, and packages everything to platform-native standards, right, so the clips hook in the first second, the long-form holds attention, and the podcast sounds genuinely produced.

  4. 04

    Distribute And Refine

We publish on cadence across your channels, watch what actually drives saves, shares and inbound, and feed that back into the next batch so the engine keeps getting sharper month over month.

What I'd build for you

The system behind the content

Output ramping up
JanFebMarAprMayJun

One shoot day turning into a stack of assets every month.

Mine Your Real Expertise

We start by pulling the genuine point of view out of your head, the contrarian takes, the patterns across engagements, the things you say to clients that nobody publishes, right, because that specificity is what separates you from generic consulting noise.

One Recording, Many Assets

You sit for one focused session and we turn it into a month of content, short clips, long-form video, podcast episodes, written posts, so the cost of your time stays low while the output across platforms stays high and consistent.

Built For The Buyer

Every asset is shaped around the CFO, the board, the operator who actually hires you, not around vanity metrics, so the content attracts the right attention and quietly routes it toward a conversation about working together.

Distribute On Cadence

We publish on a reliable rhythm across LinkedIn, YouTube and podcast platforms, right, because consistency is what trains the algorithm and the audience to expect you, and that is how attention compounds into pipeline over time.

How I think about it

So here is how I would actually think about this for you, right, because the temptation with consultants is always to default to more polish, more thought-leadership whitepapers, more posting about posting, and that is not the move. The move is to treat your expertise like inventory that is currently sitting in a warehouse nobody can walk into, and the whole job is building the storefront, so we start with the one or two engagement types you genuinely want more of, and we reverse-engineer the content from there, basically working backward from the buyer's actual decision.

Then we get efficient about your time, because you are expensive and busy, right, so instead of asking you to become a creator we ask you for one good recording session a month, and from that we build short-form to win attention, long-form to build trust, and a podcast to deepen relationships, and the catch here is that they all reinforce each other, the clip drives someone to the long video, the long video earns the podcast listen, the podcast earns the inbound.

At the end of the day what I am building for you is not posts, it is a system where a CFO who has never met you already feels like they know how you think, so when their problem gets bad enough you are the obvious call, and that is the difference between hoping for referrals and owning your own demand, does that make sense, right.

What it adds up to

The kind of result I'm after

Here is the pattern I keep seeing, right, and I will keep it concrete, a consultant comes in living entirely on referrals, posting maybe twice a month when guilt hits, and basically invisible the rest of the time. We run one recording session, turn it into roughly 12 to 16 short-form clips, two long-form videos, and a couple of podcast episodes, and we publish that on a steady weekly cadence instead of in random bursts. Within a few months the shift is not subtle, the inbound stops being purely referral-driven, prospects start arriving already warmed up because they have watched the thinking, and discovery calls get shorter because the trust is half-built before the first hello. The real win is not a viral clip, it is that the same hours of content keep working for months, so the engine compounds while you stay focused on the actual consulting work.

For management consultants we run the full distribution stack, right, short-form video for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts that wins attention, long-form video that builds genuine trust and authority, podcast production and editing that deepens relationships, plus the content strategy and done-for-you multi-platform distribution that ties it together. You record once, we handle scripting support, editing, packaging and publishing on cadence, so your expertise stays visible without eating your billable calendar.

FAQ

Questions I get a lot

Still curious? Talk to us.

Do I need to be good on camera?
Not at all, right, that is literally our job, we guide the recording session so you sound like yourself at your sharpest, and then the editing carries the polish. Plenty of the consultants we work with hated being on camera at first and now barely think about it.
How much of my time does this actually take?
Realistically one focused recording session a month, usually a couple of hours, right, and from that we build weeks of short-form, long-form and podcast content. Everything else, scripting support, editing, packaging, publishing, sits with us so your billable calendar stays protected.
Will this look like every other consulting page?
No, and that is the whole point, right, we start by pulling your genuine point of view, the contrarian takes and patterns across engagements, so the content lands as a specific voice rather than the buzzword soup that makes serious buyers scroll past.
Which platforms should a consultant focus on?
For most management consultants LinkedIn and YouTube carry the weight, with a podcast as the relationship-deepener, right, but we set the mix based on where your actual buyers spend time, so you are never posting into a room that is empty for you.
Do you work with consultants remotely?
Yes, we run fully remote, right, so location is genuinely not a factor, we handle recording remotely, editing and distribution on our side, and the whole engine runs whether you are in New York, London or anywhere with a decent connection.
How long until I see results from this?
The honest answer is content compounds, so the first month builds the foundation, right, and somewhere around month three the inbound shift tends to show up as prospects arriving already warmed by your thinking, and from there it keeps building.

Let's build your distribution engine

So if you are a management consultant who is brilliant at the work and basically invisible online, right, what I would build for you is the engine that turns your frameworks into pipeline that compounds, so let us talk. So yeah. That's my way of saying it.
