Samy Software is a product studio, not a feature factory. We design, build, and run a small portfolio of focused tools, each one shaped by daily use, sharpened by real constraints, and kept alive long after launch day.
It started as scratch-our-own-itch tools
Most of our products began life as something we built for ourselves on a Friday afternoon. A shared inbox we couldn't buy off the shelf. A billing flow that finally stopped lying to us. A deploy log we actually trusted at 2am.
When the same scrappy tool kept saving us hours, we'd sand off the rough edges and hand it to a few friendly teams. The ones that earned their keep became products. The ones that didn't, we quietly retired. That filter is the whole studio.
Today the portfolio is small on purpose. We'd rather run nine tools we're proud of than ninety we can't keep up with, and we still use every single one of them every week.

01 · Start from a real itch
Every product begins as a problem we hit ourselves or watched a team struggle with. If we can't name the person who needs it, we don't build it.
02 · Build the smallest sharp thing
We ship a narrow first version fast, then live in it. The roadmap is whatever the daily friction tells us it should be.
03 · Earn the next feature
Nothing gets added on a hunch. A feature has to fight for its place against the cost of complexity, and most lose.
