Northpeak runs scheduling, intake, and billing for outpatient mental health groups, a market that has grown fast and stayed badly underserved. The incumbents are clunky and built for big hospital systems, so the small and mid-size clinics get nothing built for them.

We wrote the first check because the founder ran clinic operations for years and kept hitting the same wall, so she finally built the thing she always wanted. That is the kind of origin story I look for.

The edge here is trust. Clinicians do not adopt software because a salesperson is slick, they adopt it because a peer vouched for it. Northpeak grows through that exact channel, clinic owner to clinic owner. It is early, the round is small, but the pull from customers is real and that is usually the only signal that matters at seed.
